The May PTO Meeting will be Tuesday May 8th.  The West Manheim Troubadours will be giving a small performance at the meeting.  We will also be electing board members for the 2012-2013 school year.  Babysitting will be provided by the South Western Key Club.  We look forward to seeing you.

Week 1:  Monday – Friday, June 18^th – June 22^nd

Week 2:  Monday – Friday, June 25^th – June 29^th

Daily Schedule

11:10 AM – 12:00 PM Red Cross Levels I, II, III

12:10 PM – 1:00 PM Red Cross Levels III, IV, V, VI

50 minutes per day for one week

25 students per class (space available in all time periods)

Swimmers must be 6 years old before or on June 16^th.

Registration

May 21 – May 31 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM in the EHMIS office.

June 4^th from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the EHMIS pool lobby.

Late registration may be made the week before classes begin in the EHMIS office if space is available.

Cost

$40.00

$35.00 (for district employees and their children)

The organizers of this year's Family Science Night are asking for your help.  If you are able to give a small amount of your time to assist with selling concessions this Friday evening during the event please contact Jennifer Benzing at jlbenzing@comcast.net.  All monies made from the sale of concessions during the event is going to be donated to a science related charity as voted on by the students of the SW elementary schools.

 

We are looking for one person to cover each time slot:

 

Set-up 5-5:30pm

Sales 5:30-6pm

           6-6:30pm

           6:30-7pm

           7-7:30pm

Clean-up 7:30-8pm
